      Pros

      Good salary. Official employment. Friendly and helpful staff and management. Opportunities for professional development and promotion. Internal workshops and training for teachers. Wonderful and motivated students. Access to a huge database of resources and teaching materials. Technologically equipped classrooms. Pleasant atmosphere.

      Haven't noticed any. There are no cons.

      Pros

      Competitive pay and benefits. Great staff, and room for advancement. The company is very aggressive in its growth.

      Cons

      The rent - to - own industry is quite crazy. You get a lot of unreasonable customers, and sometimes its heartbreaking to have to take back someones furniture, etc.
