Pros

Great People (mostly) work is challenging, People are helpful and there is no lack of work. Still had the startup feel.

Cons

Cliques in engineering and Sales, if you are in the clique life is good, if not trying to get help is like pulling teeth. Change in the culture when the new COO came onboard. Product is too complex and thus testing is marginal leading to lots of bugs. Infrastructure was not very stable but perhaps that has changed for the better.

Going through growing pains. Scaled up quickly and now adapting to ever-evolving market conditions. When companies grow so quickly, it comes with some blind spots.
