      Great opportunity to learn considering the new age startup culture.

      Cons

      employee favouritism, unsupportive leadership, leadership tries to torture older employees and bring their known employees from their older organizations, founder makes you feel like a fool when confronted for the promises made.

      It's Name and hype their marketing team has created .

      Cons

      everything , Toxic and hire and fire culture No one gets spared trust me no one Not one day goes without hearing some is leaving or being harrased to leave , check the ex employee's tenure in this org you ll find out , most were from tier 1 company backgrounds with long tenure in their prev org but here barely anyone survives more than a month or two max 3
