Pros

I'm not homeless. I can pay my bills. I eat. I have benefits

Cons

Insane workloads that are so impossible it is unreal. These people - the leaders - do NOT care about their employees. They care about #'s... productivity. Extremely unfair to the general public. They want so many disability decisions processed in a short period of time. Many are allowed when they should have been denied, and vice versa. Allowances that should have been denied are a significant burden on the taxpaying public. I also see a lot of denials that probably should have been allowed... this is unfair to a claimant who might be on the verge of losing his house. SSA is a detriment to employees and the general public alike. Terrible place to work.
