The founder and CEO Brian is very nice and personable. Every department outside of Sales seems to function smoothly.

Sales - no training, boys clubs/frat house mentality. Goals changed so much turn over. Stay away

Almost none, seriously. Some good staff to work with and they're the light at the end of the tunnel.
Cons
Nearly 15 people laid off, fired or quit in one year. This company has one of the worst churn rates. President of the company is an absolute bully. Unrealistic goals and zero communication from 'managers' that you need to rely on. Old team treated like gold and favored (see positive reviews) while nearly every new person has left, been fired or bullied out.
