My experience at SoftServe company
23 Mar 2023 - Senior/Middle Quality Assurance EngineerRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
My way into this company started after graduating from IT SoftServe academy. The company really helped with getting all the needed knowledge and supported me. I tried my professional skills in mobile- and web-based projects. Also, the company receives a lot of different gifts and benefits on my way here. My experience here was unforgettable because SoftServe changed my life and my professional area
Cons
I think the gap is that because of the war in Ukraine, the company couldn't save a lot of projects. And the main reason I`m looking for a new job is the absence of vacancies in SoftServe company.

There is a framework to retain and develop talent. The company had a good rate of growth and KPIs for 2022.
Cons
Geographically distributed teams and people with all sorts of backgrounds and various levels of expertise. Can be hard to find the correct person sometimes.

Don't meet expectation.
21 Feb 2023 - Associate Project Manager in WrocławRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I like main ideas of SoftServe. But drawn picture can be opposite to the real life.
Cons
Problems in communication with manager has begun after I have done remarks about low team spirit, huge turnover (as in managerial team as in developers team). In my work I had difficulties with handover, clearly defined tasks and support from the manager. Aggressive and blaming environment, not so comfortable to stay work. My decision to change the project was a reason to receive from manager the worst feedback in my whole life. Artificial creation of obstacles with a change of the project through release to reserve. One manager's feedback can cross out all other positive feedbacks.
