Pros
Can work on multiple things and learning is little bit good. Noting else.
Cons
Very strict. Manger and HR behaves like multi multimillionaire and you will be treated as machine not human. You should be very punctual to enter office on time, but no one cares if you leave very late night. You should keep on working late night if they have lot of works. But if you come 5 or 10 minutes late for 2 or 3 days, you will be having meeting with HR about this and he will advice you to come on time. It sucks. One Break a day and it should be 15 mins strictly, lunch should be 45 mins. Everything is counted and you will be having meeting if you take extra time. Salary will be very low.
