Pros
A whole new experience with a very wide range of testing to be learnt in service to the construction industry. Polite and helpful colleagues who helped me learn and treated me well.
Cons
Sometimes management to hasty and judgemental. Some favouritism of older staff over newer incoming staff.

Good for fresh graduate to gain experience
Cons
Need to work six days a week and only selected public holidays are given. The annual leave is earned by the number of working month. If you work one month, you only entitled for one day of annual leave
