Don't even bother working here, you've been warned!

Pros

If you're fresh out of college this is a good stepping stone into "real world experience," beyond that there isn't anything special about this place.

Cons

-High turnover rates, there was an entirely new team within less than a year of working here. -Poor, inexperienced management. Often times you'll have to explain to one of the managers what is possible or impossible whether your job is designing or marketing. -Sales structure is horrible for sales reps, in the time I was here it changed really often as well. Also, if they can find a way to NOT pay you for whatever reason they'll find it. -Unorganized at almost every level. -No structured training schedule. If you start here, good luck getting the hang of things on your own. If your coworkers are nice enough they'll help you out more than management. -Poor customer service. Poor mindset overall with client relationships. Often instructed by management to place blame on them and never admit fault.. even if it WAS our fault. -Can't imagine there's room for growth within the company. Overall, after a few weeks of settling in, I could not wait to get out.

Pros

25% commission on your sales, quick response (they must have a massive turnover of people)

Cons

They offer only 25% of whatever you sell for remote workers, no base pay! Which is ridiculous as you have to pay for your own electricity, internet, office space etc. Stay away from this company, totally not worth wasting your time.

Pros

not a whole lot of micromanagement, and the people are nice, ok pay for starting out

Cons

They lack communication both within and between departments, they lack a rigid pricing structure, they lack any real form of structure. No training, CEO seems to be phoning it in. They give you internal projects, and then do nothing with them. Management won't listen or take any recommendations. Nepotism is involved. Will give friends and family products for free, then these freeloaders end up taking too much time so paying customers projects get pushed back

Since this review is published by 'Anonymous' , we can just guess who wrote it ( based on the employee termination date). The person was hired as sales person , was trained over two weeks to become familiar with our products and services. Then he was supposed to call lead and potential clients. He barely called 5-7 leads per day (max) and didn't have any sales. He complained that our price is rigid and that is why I can not sell. Since he couldn't sell, management decided to use him for internal project to justify his position and his salary. If this employee could generate anything , he would still have his job
