Don't even bother working here, you've been warned!
Pros
If you're fresh out of college this is a good stepping stone into "real world experience," beyond that there isn't anything special about this place.
Cons
-High turnover rates, there was an entirely new team within less than a year of working here. -Poor, inexperienced management. Often times you'll have to explain to one of the managers what is possible or impossible whether your job is designing or marketing. -Sales structure is horrible for sales reps, in the time I was here it changed really often as well. Also, if they can find a way to NOT pay you for whatever reason they'll find it. -Unorganized at almost every level. -No structured training schedule. If you start here, good luck getting the hang of things on your own. If your coworkers are nice enough they'll help you out more than management. -Poor customer service. Poor mindset overall with client relationships. Often instructed by management to place blame on them and never admit fault.. even if it WAS our fault. -Can't imagine there's room for growth within the company. Overall, after a few weeks of settling in, I could not wait to get out.
