Pros

Laid back environment and prime WeWork office space. Owner has in-depth knowledge and experience and you can learn a lot in a short amount of time. Take advantage of this.

Cons

Little to no room for growth. The company has stayed the same size for years and there is little prospect for improving your position or salary. Once you hit the plateau, work can be repetitive and boring. Health insurance is not fully covered.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on your experience as an employee. We’re pleased to hear that you felt that you were able to learn and gain a valuable skill set in a short amount of time. We’re sorry to hear that your assessment of our growth trajectory at the time was not up to your expectations. We have taken significant strives forward since the very early days. Our agency has grown tremendously over the past couple of years with the addition of key talent that has helped to drive business forward, advance our capabilities and keep our team highly motivated. This year alone we are on pace to more than quadruple in size. We currently offer high quality health insurance, 401K, a generous bonus structure, vacation/personal/sick days, paid holidays, flextime, discounts from a wide rage of businesses and free coffee and beer daily.

Pros

Great place, high energy, great people -- everything you want in a start-up. I worked there for about a year, learned a ton, and launched an awesome career. There are very few places where you can start at entry-level, make a livable wage, and learn the highest level digital marketing skills. Management is expectant, but it's a fast-growing start-up -- it's good to be busy.

Cons

If it was a little bigger, I could've moved up, but that's ok -- I'd love to work there again when they are bigger!!

Pros

Working at Sosemo has been an amazing experience. The company culture is laid back yet stimulating and with the all the recent growth employees are highly energized. You get to work on a wide variety of client accounts ranging from Fortune 500 companies to rapidly growing brands to some of the more promising start-ups around. We have partnerships with some of the largest agencies around and get to collaborate on big accounts within a big agency environment then come back and enjoy the boutique culture at Sosemo. Therefore, we get to experience and enjoy the best of both worlds. Our client relationships are second to none. Caring is preached as a core value at Sosemo, which is passed on and received from our clients. We care about our clients and they care about us, which makes for a highly rewarding work environment. In addition to solid client relationships, everyone at that Sosemo is great to work with. We’re a tightly knit team and have frequent team outings. We also interact with many of the neighboring companies in our building. It really feels like we’re all one big family. The location is perfect. Everyday when I pass by the Charging Bull statue and see the Statue of Liberty in the distant I think to myself how lucky I am to work here. The office is located in the old Cunard ship line building, which couldn’t be more beautiful. The benefits at Sosemo are second to none. Our health insurance couldn’t be any better. There is a generous bonus structure, 401K, tons of vacation time, flextime, discounts from a million different businesses and free coffee and beer.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind.
