Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback.
Our company (https://getcircuit.com/) doesn't have any team members based in Bhīlwāra, India and we have only been founded back in 2018. We also don't have any Sales Managers in our team.
Therefore, I am afraid you are probably reviewing a different company that has the word "Circuit" on its name as well.
Let us know if you need any assistance with removing this comment - we are happy to help.
Many thanks,
Cat
Operations Manager @ Circuit
- User-centric and empathetic approach to building product, and it's obvious how this mindset guides the features we build for our products - We're a small start-up, but we're bootstrapped and profitable, so we get the best of both worlds: job security as well as the excitement of a start-up - Transparent communication from leadership team; they are still very much involved in day-to-day operations, which is great as we all learn the rationale behind decisions - Opportunity to grow and learn; it feels like big achievements don't go unnoticed, and promotions are given fairly - Supportive and talented team members who contribute to a friendly atmosphere; this is a big reason why I love working here! - Remote, async, and flexible working; we make use of async communication tools like Twist instead of Slack - Fair and transparent pay
Cons
- Lean benefits package (no health insurance, small pension employer contribution), but the high pay makes up for this
The remote/async culture is amazing. There are almost no meetings and communication is very efficient. People are friendly and experienced. Engineers value quality over speed. The product is well built. Users are constantly listened to improve features. Management cares about employees and the CEO is very wise about the company's vision and strategy.
Cons
It may be difficult to connect socially with your peers, and this can be a challenge for your mental health. If you're used to relying on work to make friends and social connections, you'll need to adapt and find other ways to maintain your social life.

Hi, and thank you for your review!
Glad to hear that you enjoy the remote/async culture and that you think we do it well :). Great to have a shout-out for the quality work we do here too.
I agree that the social side of things are not the same as an onsite, office environment - remote work is definitely not for everyone.
I am really keen to attract a diverse range of super-talented people to join the team and I only see that improving as we grow.
