      Nothing , None , worst company

      Cons

      They make a lot of promises before joining, but the reality changes afterward. There is no job security—they can fire you at any moment without warning, even right after marriage. You are expected to work in the Vancouver time zone, which is highly inconvenient for Indian employees. The Vancouver team treats you like a slave; even if they are wrong, you have to accept it. The irony is that they are not technically strong, their development work is subpar, and they don’t even follow basic SDLC principles. Their ego is unjustified and serves no real purpose.

      The office environment is pleasant, Manager understand you, Lots of learning opportunities, Salaries are consistently paid on time, Work culture is positive and enjoyable.

      Cons

      So far, things have been going well with minimal cons. However, the India office is located in a relatively high-cost city.
