Pros

A decent opportunity to work in the hospitality space

Cons

- their portfolio is super low budget and unimpressive - EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude leadership - manipulative and aggressive marketing department - make you pay out of your own pocket for travel expenses ( $500 or more a month) This place guises itself as a cool place to work but the veil quickly falls to reveal a disorganized, cheap, unprofessional and bogus corporation held together by false promises and sheetrock. A large majority of their properties are glorified motels with a fresh coat of paint and poor management - online guests frequently call out that photographs are misleading, and the company is well aware that they are performing a bait and switch with people's hard earned money. I have never experienced the level of disrespect in a professional environment as I have here - frequent yelling matches on company calls, bickering amongst upper management. Don't expect to find any sympathy or camaraderie with "close" colleagues. Who you've been venting to for pure survival are actually wolves in sheep's clothing - ready to cannibalize you for the hope of a promotion or higher pay. Save yourself the drama and stress -- I implore you to work elsewhere.

Pros

Big on encouraging staff to be actively involved with the company, focus on personal and professional growth, solid benefits.

Cons

The focus on profit led to some seriously alienating guest experiences. Personally, I had been working at a very small property for several years with an excellent record, and was passed over for promotion several times in favor of younger, less experienced employees. Opportunities for transfer were sparse at best. It's easy to feel disposable at lower levels, although that issue may be more due to industry-wide and economic factors than the fault of this specific company.
