When I explained my situation to the CEO, he immediately granted me two months of leave without hesitation. Even after that, when things at home were still not stable and I hadn’t fully recovered emotionally, he personally encouraged me to extend my leave for three more months. There was no pressure, no judgment — only empathy and understanding. This experience showed me that Springworks truly values its employees not just as professionals, but as human beings. The leadership demonstrates genuine compassion, flexibility, and support during personal crises. It’s rare to find an organization where employee well-being is treated with such importance.
