Pros

good benefits, life/work balance, no OT

Cons

bad management, a great disconnection with office personnel and production employees, HR makes no progress in making changes to employee behaviors, nor hold employee accountable, a horrible production manager, no training programs, no accountability, stagnation of not wanting to change. Makes promises, but does not follow through.
