No work life balance Unorganized Incompetent management (claims managers never had claims training) Misrepresenting-holidays and weekends are required as well as an additional 30 claims worked overtime per month You have to bid for PTO- 6 months in advance Micromanaged terribly They care about production more than they do claims, this job has a high turnover rate because mentally its terrible and people quit.
