I had the opportunity to work with leadership across several different functions; all were incredibly smart colleagues who are passionate about healthcare and VBC. The People team truly values employee feedback and continually strives to implement positive changes, such as coworking stipends, gym discounts, and growth/educational opportunities. This is a company that genuinely cares about both its employees and its mission. I had an amazing experience and am grateful I was part of the team!

Stellar is one of the best companies I have worked for in the startup space. We are growing quickly and employees need to wear a lot of different hats and balance a lot of priorities (outside of your normal work, it seems like everyone has 2-3 interviews per week on their calendars, there are manager training programs, onboarding programs, team events, etc.) But with this growth comes a lot of learning opportunities. C suite has remained transparent despite our growth, we have a great mission (changing the way healthcare is delivered!). Even with the last few weird years of COVID, WFH, and everything else that has been going on we've built a great team and inclusive, caring culture. I'm very proud to work for Stellar!
