      Genuinely lovely staff and a world class office

      Cons

      1 star is so generous. The management of this company is beyond belief. Their genuine idea of staff retention is scaring people about runway and hyper inflating the amount of directors and senior staff they have. They aren’t really sure what to focus on also and this comes from the top. The company pivots constantly leaving tens of unfinished projects. I actually feel sorry for the staff as I got a taste first hand how toxic that place is.

      Pros

      Friendly staff, amazing office, unlimited leave policy ( although realistically not able to take much more then statutory), flexible working. Exciting field, if they can land a contract could be a successful company

      Cons

      More directors than boat builders, 1/2 of which are incompetent. No job security, if they can’t sell something, good chance will have funding pulled by the end of the year. Pension is min legal 3%. No bonus scheme.

      IT & personal details not secure and leaked to general public. GDPR breach. Not caring about outcomes. Do not listen, very blinkered.
