We focus on making sure that everyone in the company has an understanding of the business and if they don't then we try to make sure they have the people and the resources to better understand and get the answers that they need. This is also one of the reasons why we provide extensive training as well. We do not expect any of our employees to do a job that they cannot be successful in.
