Summit Oaks Hospital reviews about "people"

UHS does a poor job supporting its staff.... lack of material/resources... poor continuous education training.... poor staffing.

Cant keep staff and overwork the staff they do have.

The upper management does not care about the well-being of the staff members at all. The hospital is almost always understaffed, sometimes dangerously so. Staff injuries are common, and the only reason upper management will talk to you about it is to see if you are able to come back in to work/not going to sue the hospital.

Each unit is understaffed. There is no security. They let any kind of person in and do not kick them out even if they have physically harmed another. Evening and Overnight supervisors are rude people that sit in their office all day and do nothing. It is also sometimes difficult to use your PTO even when you followed all the requirements.

Gotta be flexible! Population is difficult to work with sometimes.
