No future for company. Poor performing veterans at senior level. They don't know future and business, Utter failure in hiring, either new hire is bad or will be fired later. Lies or hidden facts on company prospect.

Pros

The pay is decent and nothing else to say good now. There were good guys in Bangalore team earlier. They are gone and so are the good days.

Cons

No brainy on top, little hope for creation. Pros in top gone, left out and new are bad and poor on product, tech and people. The top guys can only chew tiny broken pieces tardy to keep the team busy for months. For old timers, honey talk on face, no respect and message behind is quit if you can. Nothing less than one resignation a month.
