I’ve had a very positive experience at Svitla Systems. It’s a consultancy/outsourcing model, so you get the stability and support of Svitla while working with well-known clients and strong engineering teams. The company does a great job of keeping the environment flexible and people-focused, and the compensation package is genuinely competitive (above market for my role/region), which is not always the case in outsourcing.
One of the biggest strengths is the HR and people team—friendly, responsive, and consistently helpful. Communication is clear, onboarding is smooth, and they’re proactive about resolving issues quickly. The leave policy is also flexible and practical, which really helps maintain work-life balance.
I also appreciate the investment in growth: there are training opportunities and reimbursement support for certifications, which makes it easier to keep learning without fighting for budget approval. Overall, it’s a strong place to build your career if you value flexibility, solid compensation, and a supportive company culture.
