    Pros

Many hospital locations to work at.

    Cons

Poorly managed departments. Nepotism and racism seem to be common in leadership and promotion opportunities. If the hospital is having several settlements related to both issues and documented issues of wage inequity by gender, there's something wrong with the way they are organized.
