    Our team In the ED is very close we work very well together ,

    Management is rarely present during the shifts . Only when we are saturated and on diversion.

    Advice to Management

    Be a little more present on the floor, communicate and ask our opinions /involve us when changes to our care delivery or adding additional areas for beds when we are saturated with patients. We know what works best and our input is valuable in making those kinds of decisions :$

    Great place to learn and understand each programs opportunity. Good resume builder, especially when you have a solid relationship with senior leadership.

    Cons

    Mismanagement, financial downfall, clueless leaders, no from for growth, lies, deceit, severe HR problems across the board. Union controls management and low level staff manipulate their leaders by way of utilizing fear.

    Advice to Management

    Get your financial house and HR department in order! Stop paying executives multi million dollar salaries and have the every ten year layoff and restructuring. Also, the man complex need to leave it is 2019!
