      Pros

      There are some very smart people here. If the CEO arbitrarily decides he likes you, you may get a lot of opportunities.

      Cons

      Everyone is miserable and the company isn't doing as well as you might think. How much time, energy, and money is wasted through treating your employees so badly they all leave? Like someone else wrote, the CEO has to go. Staff turnover is high, I guess most people don't get off on being abused and humiliated at work every day: losers. This guy has an ego triple the size of the massive chip on his shoulder. It's a great combination for learning exactly the kind of place you DON'T want to work.

      Literally bipolar from the top down

      Pros

      Exceptionally talented people (some of the best in the industry) working on a great lead product.

      Cons

      The CEO is a micro-managing egomaniac who doesn't trust the employees, generating an environment where everyone is scared. He needs to step back and let everybody execute on their jobs, and stop demoralizing people on a daily basis. There is no flexibility: if you are not at your desk before 8am and after 6pm it will be noted.

      Pros

      Fast moving environment with many opportunities but company is limited by an environment that does not encourage open communication.

      Cons

      Never speak the truth here, just echo the CEO and you will do ok. The biggest con at this company is Sanj Patel, without a doubt. He takes pride in firing talented people as an "example". The best people are leaving, quickly.
