This is a good company with good people here. It is a very nice working environment to grow your skills and have a good life.

I am not sure what to write about the negative things at this company. Everything is normal and people are nice to each other. I like this place.

Miller Jobe, the founder, is a very dedicated professional who has many contacts and really does work to get a candidate a contracting position. David Donato also works tirelessly to fill positions and is very easy to work with.

Cons

Beware that your benefits or tax contributions may not be what you thought. I was hired as a 1099 and I somehow did not process that information well. After working a contract for 8 months, the Federal Income taxes came due and I was thousands of dollars short! Also, due to the fact that the company is very small, their benefits are very expensive.

Pros

Though they don't have any direct clients they do have good relation with vendors. Marketing is good but not great.

Low pay scale not competitive.

Independence to to do the work. Good office environment.

Multiple discrepancies between interview and fine print in contracts. Management seemed all about the money. Organizational structure not well-defined. No company backup.

Good salary structure when compared to other companies, no Variable Compensation policy in synechron and very good working hours for female emplorees 8 AM to 5 PM

Cons

need to improve CMM process in the org and change working hr to 9 AM to 6 PM as we dont feel balance between personal and work life.
