The company is growing at a fast pace and has a bright future. They provide Lunch at subsidized rate. Flexible work hours and you can leave once the task is completed. They are not hell-bent on 9 hours. Good leave policy Outing and team lunch is frequent
Cons
Bonus is not given to all, which is a turn off and seems partial. Infra can be improved with vibrant colors, Orange looks too boring at times (Not a great disavantage though) Performance rewards or award is not provided. Food provided can be better Can provide more benefits to employees like daycare reimbursement, healthcare bills reimbursement ,so on...
