      Interesting market but serious software, leadership, and morale issues

      Interesting market focused on aftersales organizations. Talented people.

      Cons

      Serious gaps in the software offering resulted in lost deals, failed implementations in large accounts and angry customers. The VC ownership completed turned over management and badly affected morale. Chronic employee turnover in field organizations.
