      Pros

      Working remotely, Syncron really cares about the work life balance at least for my role I can vouch for it and they have a good team members helping each others, you will get appreciated on your exceptional work done.

      Remote first with ocasional opportunities to travel for trainings.

      Cons

      Colleagues can be tough to reach, sometime they don't respond at all, getting help at times can be extremely tough and frustrating. No onboarding.
