I recommend for freshers not to choose this company to startup your career, they will play with our education career by keeping bonds with 1 year and after that they will extend the contract and all, and the management was worst, they cannot solve the problems.

There is news on the floor & heard from AM’s & RM’s that Sy is in a very bad shape and it is going to fire employees as a cost cutting measure. They have already started the process and let go few people in US office and now targeting India office. Everyone is in fear to come to office thinking they may be asked to leave . The situation is more or less like this all the time in this company, we thought the new CEO will do better and change the situation but he is blindly listening to Finance persons and following whatever they say and supporting wrong decisions. For year’s I’m seeing and still don’t understand why Finance people control this company who knew nothing about management and revenue generation except cost cutting.
