    Do not believe blindly

    Processes, lunch, disciplined, competition analysis

    Cons

    Culture, competition feeling between each employee, military type,no good for employees coming from MNC, good for juniors freshers.

    TAFE has one of the best professional environment in all aspects.

    TAFE is one of the top manufacturer of Tractors in world and hope would be at top in future. It can be achieved through continuous improvement and Management.
