Salary at the start was ok.

Cons

Hr policies not good. Colleagues very shabby and greedy by nature. only fooling others for personal gain. Management plays too much of politics and has too much of attitude and behave rudely with juniors. U do the work and somebody else will get the credit.

They keep paying salary so that there should be no hassles

Management plays dirty games. Lacks professionalism. Ragging, harassment, cheating, bullying, showing off more than what they have, scaring away with influences, fighting are all for entertainment purpose. Putting entire company's pressure on junior members and watching the fun from behind. Complaining to the ethics and hr does makes no sense. they are all the same. Allotting a female colleague to male member and fooling him in different ways by emotional blackmailing.
