      Pros

      First, the team is amazing – very friendly, really competent, and always ready to help out. The company encourages new ideas, and management listens to suggestions for improvement, which I didn’t have at my previous workplace. There’s also a good balance between independent work and guidance.

      Cons

      For me, it's a lack of creative challenges.

      They turned mircomanagement into abuse and wasted our time with useless tasks to stay in control.

      Pros

      They hyped travel perks, but few ever saw them.

      Cons

      Supervisors demanded status updates on trivial details, rewrote completed work for no reason, and hovered over our shoulders just to asset dominance. Their obsession with control grew worse by the day, creating delays, confusion, and massive frustration. I was blamed for imaginary errors while dealing with shouting, fake deadlines, and a manager who thrived on making people feel small.
