There’s no path forward. You have to ask for your own performance reviews, and even then, feedback is vague or nonexistent. HR is basically invisible. There’s no company culture—no events, no team connection, no real sense of pride in being there. Communication from leadership is poor, and the environment feels cold and transactional. It’s a place where you’ll do the work but never really grow.

nepo-baby paradise. toxic atmosphere. underpaid and under appreciated. office is filthy and you're expected to clean it on top of your job title. pretty sure they delete bad reviews, we will see how long this lasts. good luck to them.
