When I was job searching, I was really looking for an opportunity where I could develop myself professionally and personally. Coming from a restaurant background, I learned everything I could have there but my favorite part was training new servers. I want to learn how to lead and manage a team from the ground up. But this program focuses on personal growth also. The skills I'm learning are ones that I can use in my personal relationships and outside work as well.

Getting used to new Management styles is always an adjustment. But I appreciate Chris's open door policy.
