Pros

TSA is a good place to work. Recent redundancies have been hard but the team put in place now and NSW GM are working hard to get everything including culture back on track. It’s a nice office with plenty of good people and projects.

Cons

There’s a bit of negativity around at the moment but if you surround yourself with good people and focus on making the most of your projects you will be fine.
