Pros
There are hardly any pros in this company. Only plus point is, it's work from home
Cons
The pay is comparatively below the Indian salary standard. They will make you work in rotational shift timing with rotational week offs, with 8-10 days in a row working. The unachievable target with one of the lowest night shift allowances of 30 per hour. The workload will be hectic and filled with high pressure. The higher management only listen to there client and client can make any target or work for you to do and you have to do it because the higher management Cannot deny them at any cost. I would never recommend anyone in my life to work for this company for an extended period of time.
