Pros

You will learn how to handle multiple things at once. How founders play with their high performing employees.

Cons

It seems the tenure of any employee is at most a couple years. Once you hit that mark, the founders will start cornering you for no fault of yours. Yes, the founders not any one else. Don't get charmed by their sweet and light talks. In their mind they are putting down a web for you. If you are new you will be the king or queen. As you start understanding that the reason for a substandard product is the attitude of founders themselves towards their high performing employees, the founders will start getting back to you. I have seen this far too many times in the company by now. Sames story same pattern. Its like these 3 founders sit together, plan on who to get out and start corning him/her. To anyone joining this company: Beware. Unless you are dying of hunger, don't join. And even if you end up joining, look for another opportunity within 1 to 1.5 years. Many like me wasted years in this company and got pushed out due to 'founder level politics'. I hope this post saves innocent, talented people from getting into the web called Tabsquare.

Product is a Mess & Teams Are Burning Out

Pros

delivery hero group name as cover. It’s a trap. Don’t fall

Cons

product complexity stems directly from fractured leadership founders and VPs operate in silos, each pushing pet features without impact or outcome validation or market alignment. This chaos spawns bloated, directionless roadmaps engineering teams burn out building conflicting priorities while customers endure half-baked solutions. Until leadership forcibly unites behind a single, customer-driven vision and founders/ product leaderships cease micromanaging, the company’s potential will remain crippled by self-inflicted sabotage. Engineers and PMs are pulled in 5 directions daily. No clarity. No authority to push back. Only option leaving or leadership will do the layoff to cut the cost

Pros

Join only if you don't have any other options with you.

Cons

1. Toxic work culture with frequent change in objectives 2. No career projection and heavy team politics 3. Founders constantly fight with one another leading to asymmetry between the teams under the leadership 4. No empathy for employees, no matter how much dedication you show for the job 5. You can be sacked from the position with any prior notice due to internal politics
