Pros

Great bunch of people (non-management) working hard towards building an obscure product which apparently will "unlock billions of dollars"

Cons

A CEO who doesn't know what he is doing, doesn't meet customers or employees. Only talks to investors and important people in the industry. Has leveraged his PhD well to gain citizenship and raise money. The guy did not even have the courage to tell the employees about the liquidation news to their face, Sent his robot CFO to do that for him. The product is a pure joke. They have now found some deal to exit the Singapore market. So firing everyone and not paying any notice period. I am betting he is going after the money in the Middle East next.

Pros

To be honest there are none. If you see attrition rate in 2022 from the LinkedIn proves the point.

Cons

Management don't care what is going on in the project or employee they only follow whatever client ask,you are caught fulfilling hyper unrealistic expectations They will hire and if something goes wrong with budget or client they will fire immediately. I have seen instances where people were asked to leave in one week of hiring. How fair it is for the employee. One instance is candidate hired no much work given to prove him/her in projects asked to go..Then why hire in first place..

Pros

Not really any pros .

Cons

Worst working environment. People forced to work on weekends under threat of firing them or not paying them, terrible management practice. No chance to learn or grow, many people left in the past year. Lies to customers about products.
