Pros

Tailwind cares about its people as much as a business can. The leadership there has always been supportive, and ready to listen to calls for change.

Cons

Direction changes a lot, and you don't always know if you'll be working on the same thing for the next few months, even when you're told you are.

Pros

Tailwind is a great company with great leadership and a strong vision for their product. There was a very collaborative spirit among the team, and everyone pushed each other to be the best version of themselves.

Cons

Working for a company that is relatively young always comes with challenges. The expectations are high, but I don't see that as a con; it's just a reality that you need to know about before you enter the VC-funded tech world.

Pros

The list of values that drive the company is what drew me to them, and they're one of the few I've ever worked for that take them seriously. Everyone is extremely talented and kind. I couldn't ask for better co-workers.

Cons

The pay is top-end, but isn't a huge deal
