      Lovely team but miserable management

      Pros

      Kind-hearted employees, great product and plenty of possibilities.

      Cons

      Salaries are low and questioning the status quo is not allowed. Values presented on their website such as human touch and transparency are absent in their leadership practices plus micromanagement and nitpicking are present all the time. Trying to adhere to the working hours written in the job contract is not tolerated at all.

      -No compensation for extra hours that you're still expected to do -Salary doesn’t meet the correct level that it should be on -No onboarding, you’re responsible for learning everything by yourself from day 1. It’s your fault if you didn’t know what you should have known. -No one has time for you -You’re promised the world but end up with nothing

      People are genuinely nice and you’ll end up in a talented team

      Cons

      Management is bad and you won’t get to work with the nice people very long. - micromanagement - talks behind backs - lies - low salaries - people are let go very easily or they’ll leave voluntarily
