- No Privacy after working hours - No work-life balance - No mental peace - Managers always keep yelling - No Support from manager while handling the team - All the managers are two faces will tell something different to the team leader and different to the teammates - Constant contradiction - 1.5 hrs meeting every morning just to yell and tell what leaders keep doing wrong. - No use of telling to the upper management as well cause they bully in meetings as well and disrespect team leads not accepting that the fault is their managers and they need to coach managers. - Managers say leaders to not approve and unplanned leaves and then when teammate reach's out to the manager he/she approves it and then yell at us for high numbers the next morning. - Manager's Do not respect TL's decisions and always undermine in front of the team, - No proper guidance when there are issues leads are left to figure thing out on their own and then when task not done leads are yelled at again int he morning unnecessary 1.5hrs meeting. Much more is wrong but no one will take actions as they are ignorant and need/want/like their jobs

bellow mentioned feedback is just for Indore (India) site 1- They force people to work beyond working hours against the law. Infact TLs and managers work for 12-15 hours a day 2- Promotions are done on basis of favouritism 3- They say frontline first but the frontline people are the last people to know that happens behind the scenes 4- As soon as you serve notice for resignation, you become the last person in the company to be cared for 5- Once you leave the company, you will have to keep chasing their HR department for FNF and reliving letter but nobody would would even care to reply. Talking about my personal experience, it's been 74 days and still chasing for my FNF. 6- IT team is the really rude to people as if they own the company 7- Culture of the company is really different to its values and it seems they have made this company a new TP (Tele-Performance), but that's obvious as more than 80% people have come from TP 8- You would see lot of good feedbacks and reviews on social media page of the company but trust me, who would say 'NO' for free publicity on official companies social media page. There are very few people who would actually care but are helpless at times due to policies not being in place or being designed in way where it would only favour handful of people and not the mass crowd TaskUs accross the globe might not be as bad as I have mentioned above but Indore site definitely is.
