      Pros

Vibrant office, youthful, dynamic, energetic. Fun place to work. Very good agile working policy.

I worked at Teach First full-time

        Pros

        - Great mission - Some real gems (in terms of staff talent) - particularly at the entry up to manager level - Pays comparatively well for the sector

        - Lost some of its spirit in recent years - Lack of diversity at the most senior level - Complex internal processes for such a small organisation

        Advice to Management

        - Make your organisation more diverse

I worked at Teach First full-time

        Pros

Reasons to work for Teach First are similar to reasons you might consider joining their teacher training programme. You get a chance, supposedly, to help better education in the UK and your experience here will potentially open future doors in education, charity, or the corporate world. The working environment is flexible. Everyone is given a laptop, and you are able to work flexibly within the office by hotdesking...

        Cons

Acronyms - everything is an acronym. Everything that isn't will soon be. Bureaucracy is excessive and inconsistent. Internal departments will either follow policies to the letter (making basic administrative enquiries lengthy and time consuming), or ignore them completely.
