If you are in project then you will get variable pay otherwise you will not receive variable pay.

Below are few points must check, 1. If you rehire then don't blindly believe Manager's sweet words about retention bonus. Next year HR and Manager will never add RB in annual package. 2. Bench policy is worst. HR will tell you no work no pay policy will apply if you are not getting any project. 3.Hike is 2-5% or Nill. 4. If you fight for RB then manager will fire you from the project. 5. I was working in PG* and my performance was C for 3 years and also received appreciation. When I fight for my Retention Bonus ( RB), then world's worst TL Samee* & Manager Tum** released me from project. 5. HR policy is very worst and don't belive and always keep mail as a proof.

Overburdened with work, so can't take full advantage of Pros no 1. Salary increment sucks. Too much politics, especially among people being there for more than 10 yrs. The Flash-in and Flash-out timings sucks.

I worked at this company for 6 months, and it was the worst work experience of my life. The work culture was toxic, the hours were long, and there was no empathy for employees. The work culture was very competitive and cut-throat. People were constantly trying to one-up each other, and there was a lot of backstabbing. The managers were also very demanding, and they expected employees to work long hours without any compensation. The hours were also very long. I was expected to work 10-12 hours a day, 5 days a week. There were also many times when I had to work on weekends. This made it very difficult to have a personal life or to spend time with my family and friends. Finally, there was no empathy for employees. The managers were very quick to point out mistakes, but they were never there to offer support or guidance. If you made a mistake, you were likely to be yelled at or put on a performance improvement plan. I would not recommend working at this company to anyone. The work culture is toxic, the hours are long, and there is no empathy for employees. If you are looking for a positive and supportive work environment, this is not the place for you.

My seniors are very supportive specially my Team Lead at that time. He has always pushed me to try harder and he is a good leader. If sometimes we had to put in extra hours of work he will always sit with us till the end.
Cons
Although the moto of that organisation is professionalism but I was really disappointed by behaviour of some employees. Some seniors have that attitude of seniority and would play favouritism.

I heared in bench you have to get the project within 2 month, after that you will be asked to move out, in some cases they are extending it also.
