I have been working at Technicolor full-time for less than a year

    Pros

*You get to work as a separate Technicolor unit under one of its sister companies. *You get to learn the basics of the VFX workflow. *You get to interact with other Tech branches throughout U.K , L.A, Toronto. *You get to be mistreated as a vendor and let your services be abused for the lowest of wages. *You get to fall prey to its work patterns with unrealistic ETA's and deadlines. *You get to be a part of chaos thats brought about due to lack of coordination between any of its sites internally. *You get to be a part of innovative strategies imposed by the company to cost cut, while making you be more productive and paying you less for your efforts.

    Cons

*Overburdened with work, no work-life balance. * Billions in revenue, Millions worth of income and the company cost cuts on employee basics and benefits like cheapskates. *Low salary. *Lowest of appraisals, (absolutely nothing to look forward to). *Late appraisal cycles. * Internal Politics. This company really knows how to abuse its employees and the services they offer. *Performance based appraisal is a hoax. *No Recognition for anything. They hardly know you exist.
