      Will get Good testing knowledge and nothing much.

      Cons

      * : NO WORK LIFE BALANCE 1. They wont pay salary as per Industry (Startup) standards 2. No HIKE no other BONUS & BENEFITS 3. There is employee bond of 15- 16 months 4. Worst People management 5. Worst employees policies 6. No Senior resource to guide new employees 7. Current employees leaving company in Rapid pace

      Pros

      Flexibility of the hours allowing a good work life balance Learning and growth is comparatively more than any one else. Smart people around with great work culture Excellent working experience. Here u can learn new things and can do project as well. I have joined Teknotrait as a fresher and given responsibility to work directly with client Great exposure to different types of projects, I have got an opportunity to handle end to end Quality Assurance and Testing process in different projects which led the foundation of my testing career.

      Cons

      You have to be at the top your game. There is no room for slacking. Difficult to follow management. Need to be transparent. Salary is not competitive, but yearly hikes are more than industry standards

      One of the worst companies with pathetic management

      nothing. pathetic salary, pathetic work life balance.

      Cons

      there are many.. can not point out each one of them. the biggest con is the guy who works as a office boy and think himself as CEO and makes rules as per his choice. they don't even give salary slips to employees.
