Pros

Remote work, company provided work and that’s about it.

Cons

- Internal o is very poor. The CEO and the rest of the C suite are very out of touch and you don’t get the sense that they care about employees. - There’s no budget and resources for anything! They restrict software licences which block you from doing your best job. No interstate travel, and don’t even dream of any team related activities. - No room to do anything innovative, we’re just chasing competitor’s tails and mandatory work. - The recent restructure was massive and handled very poorly. Mistakes everywhere and the communications has been very bad. They also drag it out for months and months. The C suite are all sociopaths with no empathy, no care to employees or to the customers. They only care about their own job and reducing costs of the company. -Most of the people in management positions making decisions don’t understand the gravity of the decision that they’re making. -Poor performing individuals don’t get performance managed, there is no accountability.

Pros

remote and used to be good when it was not merged to the big TH

Cons

So many 1 star review recently pretty much explain everything: 1. Toxic work culture that starts with senior management with little to no support when needed from them. C level doesn't care and they seems only care about their KPI. I believe most of them will be leaving in 1-2 years since they reached their KPI after the big redundancy. No one value the work and the mess you have fixed for them and the company. their only goal is reduce cost and they can get paid. 2. Everything about IT outsourced to Indian 3.Manager has little knowledge to manage technology team, . No one cares about your concerns or career, no budget for increase your salary even you have highest performanc rating. 4. there are a ton of other reviews if you google it, which explain a lot. good luck to the people who still left there

Pros

100% working from home / remote working

Cons

- Terrible Executive Management making business decisions that make no sense which affected the business's performance and ultimately led to staff redundancies. - Redundancies at the end of every Financial Year. - Miss management of resources and people. - Meetings on meetings on more meetings. In an attempt to look busy management likes to arrange constant meetings that distracts staff from completing their actual required work. - A lot of 'friends looking after friends' culture. Even though you had an exceptional track record of achieving and exceeding your monthly and yearly targets, it won't matter. You will not be recognized or offered a promotion or an increased pay for your hard work. Instead, management will look after their 'friends' to ensure they are paid well and are protected from the company's annual redundancy cycle. - Even though the management staff work at the a Technology company that provides a variety of SaaS applications, solutions and technologies, most of management staff have no idea how these SaaS applications, solutions and technologies work. Management staff are great actors, they are well versed in pretending how their own company's SaaS applications, solutions and technologies work. You will not get any valuable help or input from management at this company.
