      Good Pay Great People Opportunity for advancement

      As with any start up, there are some things that don't have an official procedure yet, so you end up having to figure it out on your own. Most of the services are weather dependent, so a bad week of rain can make for some stress.

      Pros

      I really enjoy working with the hard working members of our team. Growing at the pace Tendit Group developing is not an easy task but the coworkers we have are resilient and a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      Working in a fast paced environment, it’s hard to understand every issue or item that effect you directly or indirectly but if you ask instead of assuming, the leaderships will always provide an honest answer and listen to your feedback.
