Company has huge financials problems. Month ago was fired around 10 people. Management force people to work overtime. Hi level management totally incompetent, they don't have proper skills, knowledge to build development process (and any process at all). All company projects are "take-back" portals which contains only legacy-spaghetti-code. Code quality is extremely law and management don't want (or know) how to change current situation and build normal business and development process etc.
