    We have work life balancing in Tesco.

    Cons

    Road traffic to commute; but we can take work from home as needed

    Keep encouraging people for more work from home to avoid road traffic and save some time.

    But it depends on the Team you are in and the manager you are under. You should be lucky to get good manager

    Great environment
    Good salary for newly hired
    Football court
    A store inside the campus

    Cons

    Most of the teams work on legacy applications.
    Technology mindset is missing.
    It is very difficult for a fresher to get experienced in technology and switch. You will get stuck and stagnant by repetitive non- technology works.
