    I worked at Texas Instruments

    Pros

Pay is good, Decent work life balance. Good peers

    Cons

    1. PDK teams sucks, clearly don't have any idea to adjust for newer technologies. Don't take other team inputs seriously. 2. Cafeteria food is pathetic and too costly. 3. Guards are GADAR film heroes, without ID card they will treat you like you are from Mars. 4. Still use Microsoft Outlook 2010,don't know how much they save by not updating this.

    Advice to Management

Please update Outlook, provide free/subsidised meal.
