Pros

The organization is involved in an impressive and highly intricate large-scale project, with every team member showing strong dedication. Smart, fantastic people on board, although some new hirings were not the best decisions. Commitment and Effort: All team members are deeply committed to the project's success, and the experience has been highly educational. Complexity and Scale: The project's complexity and scale demonstrate ambitious objectives and offer significant potential for impact. Adaptability: Frequent restructuring highlights the company’s flexibility and responsiveness to evolving needs. Great tools, set-up, flexibility to get things done

Cons

Office gossip, Badbanks' hire-and-fire culture, and high stress levels. Small talk at high stress levels—finding out which blood pressure monitor someone uses was also new for me. Lack of Vision Alignment: Even after several years, some team (heads) still lack a clear understanding of the overarching vision, as many remain entrenched in their individual silos. This issue is exacerbated by the persistence of male-dominated, ego-driven - unprofessional - leadership roles who don't understand the processes. One can barely exercise enough to avoid losing one’s mental balance. The dynamic hiring and restructuring approach, combined with a focus on client satisfaction, can sometimes lead to high employee stress levels and diminished well-being. Complex Communication: Frequent use of industry-specific abbreviations complicates communication. Collaboration Challenges: Working with BMW is difficult due to differing expectations and expertise, with internal competition occasionally overshadowing teamwork. Vacation times are not respected. While I was on vacation, I was called to prepare slides. The leadership team was completely overwhelmed. Instability: Frequent team reorganizations, while reflecting adaptability, contribute to a sense of instability.
